When I decided to start trying to make money online at the beginning of last year, I knew that my biggest issue was going to be getting as many new leads as possible on a daily basis. I’ll admit that I definitely struggled at the start, and that I was very much on the brink of giving up. What changed my mind was a link that I clicked on in a safelist e-mail that I received about a month and a half ago. From what I remember, the e-mail itself was short and to the point, but the information that it contained was more than enough to get me intrigued. The link took me to the Boost My Online Biz sales page, and what I read there had me convinced that I may be on to a winner.
I’ll talk more about my experience using BMOB in a moment, but I first need to talk about where I was going wrong in my quest for leads. I made the mistake that many internet marketers do of believing that every visitor that I drove to my website was a bona fide lead. That is really not the case, as I’m now sure that a large percentage of them were just there to kick the tires, with many more not even remotely interested in what I had to offer. That is about as far away from a verifiable lead as you can get.
What I learned from Morgan Hale's experience was that there has to be a system of using the right forms of Internet advertising in order to get to the leads that will actually end up buying from you. What I liked about Boost My Online Biz is that they collect their leads using some of the best known and highest rated IM ad sources: Google AdWords, YouTube, Facebook, Traffic Exchanges, Bing/Yahoo, Safelists, Solo ads, and Banner ads. If you've been around the IM game for any amount of time, you will know that these are definitely the top 8. On an interesting side note, many of the BMOB leads that end up joining me as paying members share that they first filled out a work from home opportunity survey after clicking on a Google Adwords listing (you know, those sponsored ads you see mostly in the right hand column after doing a Google search), which leads me to believe the Google Adwords leads that BMOB provides have a higher response rate compared to the other 7 forms of ad sources they collect from. I guess not much of a surprise there.
I have to admit that I was skeptical in the beginning about their ability to scale all the optins required to fulfill their 80 lead quotas on a daily basis, but when I login to my account every day, there they are just sitting and waiting for me haha. These aren’t just re-hashed leads either, these people are clicking my links, emailing me personally to my Gmail address that I often include at the bottom of my swipes, and even calling me on my voip # and leaving their data on my voicemail for me to follow up after...a strategy I advise by the way.
Ok so to wrap up, I have been using Boost My Online Biz for just a touch over 4 weeks now, and the difference it has made to my business is amazing. I start every day by composing an e-mail to my 80 leads (I really like Offer Email 2 (Aggressive Advisor Email and always personalize it a bit), and then sit back and wait for the responses to come. Let me tell you, they come nice and fast. Not every single lead results in a sale mind you, but a very good percentage sign up for my e-mail newsletter or contact me through the different ways I've already mentioned earlier, which means that they are in my sales funnel in some way or fashion and in the position to keep sliding on down. So far so good with Boost My Online Biz.
